A great show isn't just made by the people on stage – it takes a dedicated team of volunteers behind the scenes to bring every production to life.

Whether you have lots of experience or are completely new to theatre, we'd love to hear from you. We provide guidance and support, so all you need is enthusiasm, reliability and a willingness to be part of a friendly team.

🎭 Front of House Team

  • Welcome audiences

  • Check tickets

  • Sell programmes

  • Help audience members find their seats

🎛️ Sound Operator

  • Operate the sound desk during rehearsals and performances

  • Play sound effects and music cues

  • Work alongside the director and stage manager

💡 Lighting Operator

  • Run lighting cues during performances

  • Assist with setting up and focusing lighting equipment

🎨 Backstage Crew

  • Move scenery and props

  • Assist with costume changes

  • Prepare the stage before each scene

  • Support performers backstage

🛠️ Set Building & Scenery

  • Help construct and paint scenery

  • Assemble and dismantle sets

  • Create props and stage effects

👗 Costume & Wardrobe

  • Help source, organise and maintain costumes

  • Assist performers with costume changes

  • Repair costumes when needed

💄 Hair & Make-up

  • Help prepare performers before each show

  • Create character looks

  • Assist with quick changes

📸 Photography & Social Media

  • Take rehearsal and production photos

  • Create content for our website and social media

  • Help promote upcoming productions
